I host workshops for all skill levels in design, pattern making, and sewing. Here, you’ll learn to draft patterns that fit your body, replicate your favourite garments, and solve design challenges creatively. We’ll tackle creative design challenges and explore fabric choices together. Discover how to design clothing that celebrates body shape and develops your personal style. Plus, I’ll share plenty of tips and tricks along the way!

Workshops - Adults

Join us for a freestyle design, pattern and sewing workshop where are invited to bring your project and complete it at your own pace in my spacious and well-equipped atelier. I am on hand to guide and advise you but a basic level of sewing competency is required.

Beginner workshop - Adults

All you need to join this introductory workshop is enthusiasm, a bit of patience and a first project.

Come and learn all the basic sewing skills, from threading a sewing machine to cutting, pinning and sewing. During the first session you are invited to bring an easy project that you would like to start with. Think a pair of pants that need a hem or fabric for a pillowcase that you’d like to make. Once we’ve covered the introduction and sewing machine tutorial we can start working on your project.

My atelier is well equipped, so initially you don’t need to bring much aside from your project. Over time I can help you build a comprehensive sewing toolbox.
Duration: 1 ½  hours

Private classes

One-on-one classes are great for beginners regardless of your age. During these classes, I can focus on whatever you’d like to learn including design, patternmaking and sewing. They are also great idea if you are a confident seamstress but would like to level up your patternmaking skills.

Then this is the workshop for you.

Sewing lessons - Kids

I learnt to sew at the age of 6-ish and love sharing my passion for creating with kids. 

Sign up for a weekly class and I’ll teach your kiddo basic sewing skills and guide them in bringing their dreams to life. Sessions are 45 minutes plus a bit of time to tidy up. Once they’re comfortable in front of the sewing machine and can work a bit more independently I’ll start arranging lengthier group classes. You know your child best, but I’d prefer students from the age of 9. If yours is younger and super keen with a well-developed attention span, we can always schedule a trial lesson and see how it goes.

Group workshops

Bring a friend or two and create your own tailored sewing group. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll have the chance to learn sewing basics or build on your current skills in a relaxed, social setting. To keep things fun and cohesive, I offer a range of project ideas, but you're welcome to bring your own fabrics and project goals too.

My atelier is fully equipped, so all you need to bring initially is your creativity and enthusiasm! Over time, I can guide you in assembling a complete sewing toolbox to support your growing skills.

Intensive pattern course

Curious about creating patterns tailored precisely to your body, replicating your favourite garments, or bringing your unique designs to life?

​Join our pattern drafting workshop, where you'll learn the fundamentals in a supportive, small-class setting that ensures individual attention to your goals.

Saturday workshops

On request - or on a whim - I host themed workshops where I might even teach you how to make a tote bag. Prices start from €150 per person and would include materials and treats.
